Meet your SLP

Hey there! I'm Sami Reid! I graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University in 2014 with a Bachelors of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders. I received my Master of Education in Special Education from SFASU in 2016, then my Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology in 2022. I worked in home health and school settings as an SLP-Assistant for 8 years. I completed my CFY (Clinical Fellowship year) and received my CCC's in 2023. I returned to the home health setting in 2024 and began providing private speech therapy as well. Private Practice was never truly on my radar, but with more interest I thought, "Why not?". Here we are! I truly enjoy working with my speech friends and their families!

When I take off my SLP hat, I am a wife to my husband Blake since 2016, and a Mama to Sayde (6) and River (3). I enjoy canning, baking, gardening, camping, hunting and watching documentaries!
